Mushroom Cultivation

We take great pride and care in cultivating mushrooms that are of the highest quality.

Mushrooms are an important source of vegetable proteins, iron, fiber, minerals and vitamins.

Cold Blue Oyster (Pleurotus ostreatus)

A beautiful mushroom which has a deeper blue color in colder temperatures.  Meaty and sweet, great to add to soup on those cold days of winter.

Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum)

Reishi, commonly known as Ling Zhi in Chinese, is a herbal mushroom known to have significant health benefits.  It is dried and ground for use in tea.

Shiitake (Lentinula edodes)

Shiitake mushrooms are delicate and have a woodsy taste which adds a gourmet flair to almost any dish.

Pink Oyster (Pleurotus djamour)

A spectacular pink colored mushroom with soft velvety texture.  It has a delicate fruity taste and will brighten up a dish.

Golden Oyster (Pleurotus citrinopileatus)

One of the most delicate of the oyster mushrooms, the golden oyster is vibrant yellow with white stems.  It has a wonderful mild nutty taste.

Lions Mane (Hericium erinaceus)

A very delicate mushroom which has the texture of crab or lobster and a sweet nutty flavor. In China, lions mane is a delicacy. Any dish in which lions mane mushrooms are included is considered a gourmet meal. The key for preparing lions mane and making sure they maintain the seafood flavor is to cook them slowly.
